Remember the feeling as a kid of being able to just… disappear?
It wasn’t always the desirable outcome, but it was freeing. We could just go for a walk in the neighborhood, explore nature, or hide in our safe place – and we could remain unreachable.
No barrage of notifications, no army of corporations fighting for your attention – just you and your thoughts.
Some compositing work was done in Adobe Photoshop. The rest of the compositing and digital effects were created in Adobe After Effects. Final VFX were done via analog video synthesizer equipment and VHS tapes.
